I changed my journal set up. I don’t write my daily to do lists anymore but instead write quirky, life updates. (I have a separate notebook for all my to-do lists). I also decided to add small aesthetic lists whenever I find them around In Pinterest, books or tumblr. Lists like these calm me down and I find them so peaceful. list on the right by @flowerais

school is approaching, and I made these playlists to make your nights and mornings a little bit eaiser.

fall asleep [listen on 8tracks / spotify] to help you fall asleep or calm down and breathe. slowly take deep breaths, close your eyes and let the music hit your inner self.

wake up [listen on 8tracks / spotify] make the mornings peaceful and lovely instead of dreadful and horrible. I have put together the most calming and positive songs into this playlist, and I hope it will make the mornings easier.

“16 Candles sounds great.” Kate tried her best to give Max a smile, “D-do you want to walk back to the dorms together, or do you have something else you need to do?”

There’s a horror film that Warren lent me, but I’m not so sure if you’d be up for that..me either, to be honest.”

“Horror has never really been my thing... sorry.” Kate closed in on herself again, even with Max now she feels like a burden, “Could we watch something light? I’ll bring tea and maybe we can have a catch-up session to make up for the one I missed?”
