The National Board of Examination (NBE) has announced the date for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination 2019 December session i.e. December 20, 2019. Foreign Medical Graduate Examination is usually known as FMGE. This exam is a licensing examination for Indian and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) who have completed their MBBS from abroad and are looking ahead of practising their medical career in India.
National Board of Examination is the regulatory body responsible for conducting this examination. NBE has released the information brochure for FMGE 2019. MBBS in China - With a record number of students from India enrolling to study medicine in China, the country's education ministry has authorized only 45 of the local medical colleges from among over 200 to enroll foreign students to teach MBBS in English.
Chinese universities have witnessed enrolment of a record number of Indian students to study medicine. China attracts foreign students, especially from India and other Asian countries, due to its affordable courses compared to institutions in the US, the UK, and Australia.
At present over 23,000 Indian students are studying different courses in Chinese universities, as against over 28,000 from Pakistan. In all, nearly 5 lakh foreign students are presently studying in Chinese universities.

NMC Effect – NEET 2020 to Include AIIMS, JIPMER Too
Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan has confirmed that from 2020 onwards, admission to all medical colleges including AIIMS and JIPMER will be facilitated through NEET Medical Entrance Exam. As a statement issued by the minister, from the start of 2020, admission to all the 15 All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) based in different parts of India and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) located in Puducherry; will have to use NEET scores to admit students to MBBS and BDS courses.

National Testing Agency (NTA) on 29th May 2019, released NEET 2019 Official Answer Key and OMR Sheer. Candidates can now challenge NEET 2019 Answer Key released by NTA latest 11:50 pm on May 31, 2019. (See steps below to check how to download the Official Answer Key). Last Date to view NEET 2019 Answer Key by NTA and challenge it at www.ntaneet.nic.in is 31st May 2019. Medical aspirants can now check the answer key and challenge it online within 48 hours after the release of the answer key.
For every right answer, the candidate will be awarded four marks whereas for every wrong answer 1 mark will be deducted.

Neet Score - Valid for three years now to Study MBBS in Abroad : The Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry has accepted & regulated a proposal of “NEET score validity for 3 years” by the Medical Council of India (MCI) - Board of Governors.NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is mandatory to pursue a medical degree abroad and about 7,000 students from India fly abroad to study medicine every year.The Government has taken a great move to encourage the students for medical education abroad in the the Top Medical Universities in Abroad. According to the present scenario, the validity of the NEET score is one year (the year of attempt). Now it has been extended to three years in India.The officials of the Ministry said- “This is being done to help students who might be living outside India and are willing to come back after becoming doctors”.The Ministry believes that this step will save the inconvenience of taking NEET all over again, if for some reason they can’t join a medical institution in the year, they attempted NEET.NEET is now mandatory for admissions in any foreign medical university also.Approximately 15 Lakh students have registered for NEET UG 2019, and this year the date for NEET is fixed on 5th May 2019.
