Give me your favorite swap head canons / pairings + duos (like platonic)
I like to think Swap is very stubborn a bit pushy, but socially aware enough to know when to back off if someone needs space. That said, he'll still push when someone is actively trying to isolate themselves (which isn't always a good thing), because he knows what they're doing and doesn't want them to alienate themselves from others.
He doesn't want to forget other people or who he is as a person. He's lost too many people to that. Sometimes he only has a vague memory, not fully gone, but enough to feel like something is missing. It makes him double down on always being there for others, this is hard since he feels he need to be there for many. And missions can take a LONG time for him to return to family, them not hearing from him from months at times.
NightBerry... But I also think that, since Nightmare and Blue are both very competent and strong-willed, they often clash over how to do things. They also have a natural inclination to take care of others, always making sure the other has everything they need.
So… because I like polycule ships (listen, I'm all in on the Vash/Wolfwood/Meryl/Milly ship. How it works is a mystery to me, but somehow it does. If you're delusional enough.)
I like the idea of Nightmare and Blue looking at the multiverse's homeless man, then looking at each other like
So Error is a permanent resident in their weird relationship (Error is just content with being spoiled) and it all just works, somehow.
Blue can and will be a petty little shit if you push the wrong buttons, but once you show real change or guilt he will encourage you and forgive you without the need for you to ask.

"Dude I did that 10 chapters ago, get a grip. But sure! I forgive you!"
He doesnt like labels, he is just himself! He is a fool and a genius, kind and cruel, happy and sad, courageous and a coward. So on and so forth, he often feels the need for a label is putting people on a predetermined box of ideas, if you are kind you have to be a pushover, a doormat and have to enable others, Blue can and will punch you if you so need to or he thinks you deserve it, he has no cualms on calling others a rotten piece of shit, nor he will let you take advantage of him without a a fight.
That said, he really isn't all that good. He often believes he has to take action or be the glue holding the group together, always acting as the peacemaker, and it burns him out quickly. He zeroes in on missions or goals so intensely that he sometimes forgets the people he meant to protect (his Papyrus and the others often won't hear from him for a long time). He'll probably always feel like he's missing something. He's obsessive about details, and be careful, he can become surprisingly volatile when he's in a particular mood.
