Something’s odd happened today, so Lindsey decided to take a walk outside town, she havent gone out much for her sake, since retracting her tail and ears to replace them with normal human features takes up alot of energy, but she’ll indulge, the workflow has been suspiciously slow anyways. Taking off her goggles, put her hair up to a high pony tail, putting on some casual clothing and she’s off after dismissing her agents early for the day

She walked and walked, taking in the busy streets and noisy talk, it’s quite pleasant to blend into society once in a while. As the work day has come to an end.

Stobotnik divorce arc but...

like what if the mental and physical abuse got to Stone? He still doesn't complain but he bottles it up, until one day it boils over, he snapped at Robotnik, take off the tracker ring, put it away and quits. And like Stone does regret it but he deny deny deny that everytime the thought surfaced. He returned to work for G.U.N with a noticable disain for the Doctor despite working under him for so long. Robotnik on the other hand, he's stunned, then he tells himself he's fine, he doesn't need a damn asisstant and stuff like that, deny deny deny deny yk? Like at first he's happy that he finnally got his peace and quiet back like he wanted but then day after days he slowly realized how dependant he is on Stone, it took longer for him to notice that he loved Stone yada yada yada

And the sad part is that they still fucking longs for eachother, but like Stone is scared of the abuse on his already wounded heart so he declined and actively avoid the doctor anytime he could avoid the man, which is always, heh. Robotnik is GOING THROUGH IT, like he's so damn desprate to get Stone back its crazy

In the end they resolved their problem but not quite together yet, since Stone is still afraid for his poor heart and the walls around him are still VERY high
