Why I care about data ownership
Personal data is the new gold. Unless we take care, appreciate the value of our own personal data, this data will no longer be personal.
Someone else - very likely a large company/government - is going to control our data, our identities and ultimately who we are.
Through this blog, I will talk about security and privacy issues. I want all of us to know that we do have options - simple, easy and secure options using which we can continue to own our personal data, access our data securely, yet still be able to share and collaborate.
I believe that the best form of security is physical ownership - this philosophy underpins the core value proposition of iTwin.
