what are your headcanons on how eah characters would be when theyre sick
Apple doesn't get sick at all. She gets a few fevers on exercise, but she has an excellent immune system,at least now. When she was a kid got some flu,and the Castle was all over her feet to help her.
Poor Cerise has a harder time recovering at school than at home, because her wolf side would require a higher dosage of medication, which she can't have at EAH for obvious reasons. At home, Red cuddles her and prepares everything she wants. After all, caring for sick family members is part of their history!
Dexter gets sick frequently, given his delicate health. Especially allergies. He's so used to it now that even when he's sick, he takes an antihistamine and gets through the rest of the day without too many problems. Alternatively, he rests in bed.
Hopper has the same immune system as Dexter, but unlike him, he doesn't know how to handle it well. So he's regularly admitted to the infirmary, especially because he was super protected as a child.
Daring, perfect as he is, rarely gets sick, but when he does, it's the end. Also because she starts exaggerating her symptoms for the sake of attention - she ends up counting Hopper, and the two spend the week in bed.
Darling has an excellent immune system, she rarely gets sick, both in terms of timing and severity, YET at least at home they filled her with medicine because the Charmings were worried about her.
Hunter was raised by straightforward people. Even if they get sick, the Huntsmans have to work. I think she has an excellent immune system, but when she gets sick, she only gets ONE DAY of proper rest to recover in the shortest possible time. His mom taught him herbal remedies to heal quickly.
Ashlynn often experiences particularly violent physical pain, for reasons of self-preservation. As Cinderella, she has to work for her stepmother unless she's sick. So her body exponentially increases muscle pain to prevent her from working.
Sparrow is a punk in a G-rated show, which means he's automatically Straight Edge, that is, the wave punk that doesn't touch any substance, INCLUDING MEDICINE. Now, Sparrow is a smoker in my mind, so he can't be Straight Edge, BUT... Sparrow is stupid. So I think the "I don't need medicine" ideal is still into him! This means that either Poppy or Duchess regularly has to force him to take medicine to get better.
Duchess, as she is, tries to never get sick. She's just as stupid as Sparrow because she also doesn't take her medication to "hold on until It's possibile". So, she always has to be admitted to the infirmary because she faint due to Fever/pain
Kitty is terribly afraid of doctors. So at the slightest sign of illness, she runs away because she knows Lizzie would immediately take her to the infirmary. Especially since, as a cat, she needs constant vaccinations. Maddie is like that too, I mean—Victorian hatters were often in terrible health. Overall, I think Maddie and Kitty's poor health is balanced by Lizzie, who is a hypochondriac (she is a Victorian queen after all). Unlike them, she goes to the doctor at the slightest sign of illness.
The rest of the gang has the flu in a more or less classic way, but: Raven has a particularly bad nose and can't breathe for a long time even after the actual flu. Blondie is the one with the evil sore throat that keeps her from talking. Holly and Poppy pretend to be sick longer than necessary so they can waste time and avoid studying. Briar is prone to headaches (more from a hangover than a fever, probably), and Rosabella is the one with the leg cramps that get her down.
Finally, Cedar doesn't get sick because she's a puppet. However, she does require monthly maintenance to prevent mites, woodworms, and the alike.
