I'm so fucking SAD My siblings have been isolated in the tent and their skin is bleeding from chickenpox. My sister, Talin, and my brother, Abood, are young and they urgently need chickenpox medication...The free medication distribution at the clinics has ended. Please help my family...
If Talin's life ends, remember that I begged you to save her. Please, there's no time. Please, everyone, help me buy the medicine boxes. Each box costs $80.
A few weeks ago, I asked for help to reach my first goal: securing admission to a Master's program.
Because of the incredible kindness of so many people, we reached that goal. ❤️
Today, I can proudly say that I have received my university admission.
Now I am facing the next challenge.
To officially move forward with this journey, I need to pay the remaining registration fees. The total cost is $1,200; I have already contributed $600 from my salary and personal savings and raised $150 through donations, so I now need another $450. Because I believe in this dream and am doing my utmost to realize it, I plan to work hard this month to earn an additional $300—which means the remaining amount needed to reach my goal would be just $150!
Every contribution, no matter the size, helps me move one step closer to beginning my Master's degree.
If you are unable to donate, sharing my fundraiser would mean just as much.
Thank you for believing in my education, my future, and the impact I hope to create through it. ❤️

🎓 Goal #1: ✅ Completed
🎯 Current Goal: Master's Registration Fund
Yet, I am still searching for a chance to continue my education.
They said those who survived the war had started new lives.
But we are still trying to reclaim our most basic rights.
The war didn't just steal our homes…
It stole years of education, work, stability, and dreams.
Today, after everything I have been through, I have been accepted into a master’s program. Securing this admission was my primary goal, and—thanks to God and the support of those who believed in me—I managed to achieve it.
But my journey doesn't end here.
I am still trying to secure the registration fees so I don't lose this admission and the opportunity I have waited so long for.
I continue to work as hard as I can, and I have already contributed a significant portion of the cost from my own savings, but I still need help to complete this journey.
URGENT: August Is My Family's Last Chance to Escape Gaza and Reunite with Me in Ireland

Please Don't Let Me Lose My Family. August Is Our Last Chance
Thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts. For nearly three years, you have stood beside my family through this devastating war. Your kindness has helped me support them as they have endured life in tents, unimaginable hardship, and the constant fear of bombardment and death.
We will never forget your compassion or the hope you have given us.
Now, FINALLY!!!, There is HOPE ...
I have been informed that my family’s evacuation is expected to take place in August. However, the Irish Embassy and the Department of Justice require us to show sufficient funds in our bank account before family reunification visas can be issued for my wife and our four children.
Without these funds, we cannot complete the visa process, and my wife and children will remain in Gaza, where their lives are in constant danger from bombing, starvation, and the devastating conditions they face every day. Even worse, my elderly parents, siblings and their children entirely depend on funds I send them in the incredibly harsh conditions they live!
We lost our home and everything we had in this hellish war and all my wife and children have right now is a tent in the living hell of Gaza.
My Irish college is providing the necessary supporting documents, but we urgently need your help to meet the financial requirement for them to be able to start a new life in Ireland.
If you are able, please donate and share my GoFundMe with friends and others who may have compassionate hearts.
Your support could help save the lives of my wife and four children.
Please Donate if you can, reblog our life saving blog and share with your friends.
Your kindness and support is the only hope I have to save my family!
People say: "Family always comes First," and to that, I say: "Amen!".… Mahmoud Khalaf needs your support for Death chases my family in Gaza;
Yes, this is the bitter truth that the world's media are trying to hide from you: Gaza is a genocide. Gaza has been annihilated, unfortunately. The world has witnessed a genocide that was filmed, documented, and broadcast live in full view of everyone.
The explosives dropped on the people of the Gaza Strip are equivalent to 20 nuclear bombs like those dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Does anyone still doubt that Israel committed and continues to commit genocide and ethnic cleansing against us here in the Gaza Strip?
We have been through so much, and we are still alive thanks to your help and donations. Without them, we would have perished long ago. The campaign has not received any donations in the last seven days, and the last donation was 7 days ago. Thanks to your donations, we can buy food and medicine and pay for the surgery for his daughter Iman, who was injured in her legs during the war. Iman is a child who needs care; she has already suffered enough during the first three of her eight years. Please don't hesitate to donate now. Please donate now.
GOFUNDME Please give this little girl hope and donate
Every day that passes, someone loses years of their life, someone's future is put on hold, and someone loses the people they love, while the rest of the world carries on as if nothing is happening.
Words may not change reality, but silence is even more dangerous. So we will keep speaking, so that one day no one can say we disappeared in silence, or that no one knew what we were living through.
The situation in Gaza continues to escalate and grow worse every day; please help Noor and her family however you can! Her fundraiser is vetted by @/gazavetters at #245.

The leftist was involved in the deadly 1972 attack on Lod Airport in Israel, in which 26 people died
24 july 2026 (okamoto's death was announced 23 july)
Kozo Okamoto, a Japanese leftist who took part in a deadly attack on Lod Airport in Israel in 1972 and spent much of his life in Lebanon, has died in Beirut aged 78.
[...]
Okamoto joined two other members of the Japanese Red Army in an attack on Lod Airport, now Ben Gurion Airport, near Tel Aviv on 30 May 1972.
The three men arrived on a flight from Europe before retrieving rifles and grenades from their luggage and opening fire. Okamoto’s two comrades died, while Israeli forces wounded and captured him.
The attack, organised with the PFLP, killed 26 people, including 17 Christian pilgrims from Puerto Rico, and eight Israelis.
The PFLP said the operation came in response to Israel’s 1968 assault on Beirut International Airport, during which Israeli commandos destroyed more than a dozen civilian aircraft resulting in widespread international condemnation.
An Israeli court sentenced Okamoto to life imprisonment. Israel released him in 1985 after 12 years as part of a prisoner exchange with Palestinian resistance groups.
While in prison, Okamoto spent much of his sentence in solitary confinement and was forced to “eat from the ground like a dog, with his hands cuffed behind his back,” according to the PFLP.
He later reached Lebanon and received political asylum. Lebanese authorities arrested him and four other Japanese nationals in 1997 over their immigration status.
Beirut returned the other four to Japan in 2000 but allowed Okamoto to remain, repeatedly rejecting Japanese demands for his extradition.
During his Lebanese trial, Okamoto described himself as “an Arab resistance fighter”.
He made a rare public appearance in May 2022 at a Beirut cemetery containing the graves of Palestinian resistance figures, marking 50 years since the airport attack.
The Japanese Red Army emerged in 1971 as an internationalist, far-left group closely connected to the Palestinian struggle. It carried out several overseas operations before eventually disbanding.
Okamoto remained in Lebanon until his death, remembered by supporters across the region as a figure who left his homeland to stand with Palestinians confronting occupation.
It is easy to forget just how central military violence has been and remains to business as usual. More than 5 per cent of annual CO2 emissions stem from the militaries around the world. We often talk about flying and how bad it is for the climate, and it is bad, but civil aviation accounts for about 3 per cent of the total. And the 5 per cent that comes from militaries precede actual war: these are peacetime emissions, made in the process of maintaining the logistical apparatuses and fighting capacities of armies before they go to war. When they do go into battle, the fuel is set on fire and the bombs rain down in bursts of concentrated additional emissions. The US, of course, is at the centre of all this. The emissions from the occupation army during the war on Gaza might be counted as just another category of American emissions. The US outweighs every other country; indeed, as Neta C. Crawford notes, 'the US military is the single largest institutional fossil fuel user in the world and thus the world's single largest greenhouse gas emitter In her book The Pentagon, Climate Change, and War, she brilliantly charts the development of what she calls 'the deep cycle' The militaries of first the UK and then the US found coal, followed by oil, to be indispensable for waging war: for manufacturing weapons, transporting soldiers into the battlefield, providing mobility once engaged, bringing firepower to bear on the enemy. By basing its operations on fossil fuels, the US military contributed to their spread throughout the economy; and when both the military and economy were thoroughly dependent on them, the protection of this essential commodity itself became an imperative of war. No part of the world has been so deeply formed and scarred by this cycle as the Middle East. Although Palestine is at its centre, the devastation clearly extends to other countries too: think only of Iraq and Yemen.

I write to you with tears welling in my eyes, my body wracked with pain every second. I write to you because the ignore me and neglect I've endured hurts me more than my injuries. So remember, even if I die, I will never f0rgive anyone who ignored me and my suffering. I implore everyone to look at me and h@lp me by d0nating and sharing whatever they can.
This week, I've been battling severe pain and frequent fainting spells due to severe anemia, and I'm completely unable to afford essential medications because of their high cost. All I wish for is for these fainting spells to stop, and for me to find compassionate hearts to stand by me so I can bu.y my medication and recover quickly.
Shrapnel still lodges in my body, and the pain keeps me awake at night. What makes my suffering even worse is that I was injured when our house was bombed while we were inside. I need urgent surgery but the cost of the operation is exorbitant, and I can't afford it. Now, I can't even afford painkillers to the constant pain tearing at my body.
Please I don't want to diie, I just want to live without pain. I need your sincere sup.port to save my life and end this suffering as soon as possible. Please, I would be extremely grateful to anyone who can d0nate to me. and if you can't, I hope you will shar.e this pOst.

The media blackout on Palestine coinciding with new bomb types dropped in a ceasefire tells its own story.
Nothing says "ceasefire" like a Thermobaric bomb. I guess "ceasefire" means something else down there than here... What pigs. They saw it as too hot and the temperature is too high, so they bombard us with heat generators. Damn them.

FUCK FUCCKKKK FUCK Stop whatever you're doing now! My sister's body is covered in blisters and sores. She can't sleep and cries constantly. The summer heat and pollution in the camp have worsened her skin condition. Please, the treatment is very expensive. Please be among the first to donate.
Regardless of your religion, nationality, or race, please don't be racist towards a child who only needs medicine to live. Insects have swarmed my sister's blisters, causing them to become inflamed and ooze pus. She's just a child and can't bear the pain. Please help my little sister.

Oh my God, what happened to him? He was going to buy some sweets. He was so excited because he hadn't tasted them in months. I saw him going, his face beaming with joy. He couldn't believe it. On his way, the killers of children and women bombed a house near him. His joy and smile were stolen. He suffered several head injuries, resulting in a concussion. He is now in intensive care and will undergo surgery; it's a matter of life or death.
What did this innocent child do to deserve this? What did his smile do to deserve being stolen by child killers? This is genocide. They don't care about children, women, or the elderly. They have no conscience, no humanity. Youssef suffered multiple fractures in his limbs and now needs your support. He is an orphan; his father was killed at the beginning of the war, and he has no one but his mother. I implore you to provide quick and urgent support for Youssef's recovery. Please, Youssef needs $900. Please donate anything, even $5, $10, or $20. It could save the life of an orphaned child. Please don't hesitate to help him. It's a matter of life or death. Please donate. 💔😭😭

I would like to emphasize that I agree with all of these tags by the way. My post wasn't aiming to pin all of Europe's grotesque racism on the new elections.
A few weeks ago I was at a board game night with some of my old classmates from various mainland European countries. They started talking about how horrible Trump's treatment of immigrants is and how they're so glad to be in Europe where nothing like that is happening right now. I asked them what they thought about the fact that their own governments were complicit in turning the Mediterranean into a mass grave of asylum seekers, and some of them legitimately didn't even know and were surprised to hear that their own governments had enacted policies that caused the deaths of thousands of asylum seekers.
Even here in Iceland, almost nobody has been talking about the fact that some of the far right populist parties have legitimately been talking about wanting to establish detainment camps to keep asylum seekers in.
This post is a few months old now, and the bit about Iceland is now outdated, because Alþingi (the Icelandic parliament) passed the bill approving the detention center for asylum seekers. It will be legal to handcuff and detain children there.
Never let anyone from Europe feed you the lie that racism and fascism are unique to North America in the 21st century.
