“Don’t be so dramatic, we can easily call a cab” he rolled his eyes before walking backwards.

“Don’t be so dramatic, we can easily call a cab” he rolled his eyes before walking backwards.
❝ You’re so lazy. I don’t know how you manage to survive your training days, ❞ she chuckled, shaking her head lightly at the male.
“I was bad ass in my training days. Mostly due to having learnt martial arts at a young age” he shrugged, talking about his past wasn’t very usual for the freckled male.
“No, really– I’m OK. I’m just… well, I’m just a little sad, that’s all.”
“You don’t want to talk about it?”
Hey guys I should be here until work so I’m hoping to get some replies down. In the mean time could you do me a big favour and like my puppies photo? I’m trying to win a competition ahah. #lame
@p0thos
Kat rolled over in her bed as she began to break through the cloudiness of slumber. Immediately her body came in contact with something hard. Another body. Her heart rate spiked for a second before the memories from the previous night came swarming back and she knew it had to have been Pothos next to her. Reaching up slowly, she confirmed her suspicions as she ran her fingers through his unruly and familiar hair. “Hmm,” she groaned huskily. “And you’re still in my bed why?”
“Less talking -- more sleeping” a groggy groan emitted from pursed lips as the hungover male turned away from his company. Pothos attempted to fall back asleep however his mind was to alert to the heat radiating from her body, her fingers running through his raven tresses. The night before was a haze of alcohol, body heat and dancing -- nothing clearly stood out to him apart from Kat’s hand laced in his own as she navigated their way through the desolated London streets back to HQ.
he had to close his eyes in a show of forced patience before he took a deep breath and let out a very drawn out and dramatic sigh. “are you done being childish? sign the damn sheet and get out of my office. i’ve got shit to do today and none of that involves babysitting you.”
“Dude shut up, you’re throwing off my concentration” he snapped at the male, knowing just how ease it was to get under his skin. He was wound so tightly that the smallest of annoyance could probably set him off “I only have one life left and I need to make it count”.
❝ You never know… ❞ she trailed off. ❝ Either way, unless you want to stay here and dwell on the fact that the car’s busted, I’ll just start making my way to the nearest station. ❞
“Can’t we call a cab?” he pouted at the thought of unnecessary exercise.
She had never actually seen Pothos defer to anyone before, and she allowed herself just the briefest of moments to gloat. It was stupid and childish, and definitely not the kind of thing she should be mentally recording to play back at her leisure, but she did so anyway. Of course, she had not missed the connection to the comment he had made after finding out her real name, and she couldn’t help a small smirk at the thought. Wiping it off her face just as quickly, she nodded shortly to her partner. Though she didn’t relish the idea of going in unarmed, orders were orders - and according to Atlas, this would be a friendly visit. And on the off chance that things went south, that was what Pothos was for. She supposed that spoke to the faith HQ had in this mission - because a wounded combat agent wasn’t much better than no agent at all. (No offense to Pothos…)
Asteria had fallen out of the habit of carrying a gun with her; ordinance used to be her specialty, and now she couldn’t even hold a firearm steady enough to get it in a holster. She wasn’t stupid enough to walk around unarmed, however, and she pulled the small bowie knife from its place in her boot. Handing it over, she turned to her partner, raising a brow expectantly.
Pothos refused to give over his concealed weapon however placed the knife he’d kept in his jacket pocket in the palm of the butlers hand to throw off suspicion. Amber hues trailed Finely’s every move, making sure she was never out of reach just in case a situation arose. “Let’s get on with it then” the impatient male walked briskly towards the wide doors he assumed they were suppose to walk through. This whole slow paced procedure of entry wound his nerves even tighter than usual.
“You should really take a course or something to evolve your trash talk, bro. How’s Kat doing, by the way? Still as sexually insatiable as I remember her?”
“You lost all privileges of talking to and or about any agent at Olympus when you decided to betray, slaughter and back stab us all traitor. Now do me a favor and back the fuck away.”
Phoebe glanced up quickly, wiping her face with the back of her sleeve. “I’m, y-yeah, I’m OK.”
“You’re a very terrible liar” he shrugged, not wanting to push the brunette into talking.
Erebus couldn’t help but laugh, “Yeah, you’re right about that one.” She watched him hit something within in the car and let out a slight sigh, “Well that’s not going to help anything…And who do you suppose we call?”
Pacing away from the car Pothos gave up, mechanics were never really his forte. “I don’t know but an Uber would be much more efficient than another agent -- just saying.”
“oh my god, it’s learned how to follow commands,” he said flatly, clenching his jaw to keep him from rolling his eyes. “look, i don’t want to talk to you, and you don’t want to talk to me. so…” he pulled out pothos’ file, and slid it across the table. “just sign off on your cover and then leave.”
“Who said I was here to talk?” Pothos settled further into the chair as if to make a point of getting comfy. Honey irises barely glanced at the other agent instead they fixated on his phone as he played a game of Candy Crush to pass the time.
“Shouldn’t you ask Kat when it comes to these things? Or that pretty redhead of yours?”
“They’re not exactly around are they? And what do you want Ichor trash?”
‘ i don’t think smoke coming out of a vehicle is ever a good sign, pothos.. do you think we’re going to be stranded here long? ‘ khione asked gently from the inside of the car as she poked her head out of the window to watch him fan the smoke out of the hood.
“That depends on how long it’ll take a cab to come and get us because everyone knows Olympus won’t do shit to help...” he mumbled the last part to himself before slamming the hood back into place.
“Really? Nah shit, Sherlock.”
“Well then Watson what do you suggest to fix the situation rather than being a sarcastic pain in the ass?”
