New altar setup! I’m so delighted to finally have a bundle of lavender, and I wanted to show off my Celtic harp instead of keeping it hidden on the ground; ta-daa! ~ I really like this color scheme / arrangement, especially since this is the first time I’ve changed it in awhile. ♡♡♡

-The key is to surround yourself with nature, whether it be sounds of nature, or even getting into kitchen magic, which will involve herbs.

Air

Taking a stroll on a breezy day

Anything creative (Dancing, singing, etc)

Divination (Smoke of an incense, crystal ball, taro/cartomancy, etc)

-The wind element is about expressing and realizing your creativity and talent. By doing this, you are bonding with the element.

Fire

Drinking a cup of freshly brewed hot tea or coffee (don’t burn your mouth, now)

-Fire is about passion and anger, whether releasing that anger so it does not build up inside of you, or invoking a passion you have for something. This intensity will help you bond with the element.

-Water is about purification, love, and psychic awareness. Cleansing yourself daily, charging water for a specific use, and healing will help you bond with this element.

What You Need:

A Sponge

A Container of Water

Lavender Essential Oil or Liquid Scent

A Calming Sigil of Your Choice (Such As This One)

Something To Draw With, Preferably Marker

Liquid Soap

Directions:

Take your sponge and your writing utensil. Draw your chosen sigil on the sponge.

Take your container of water. Add 4 drops of your essential oil and 2 drops of your liquid soap. Place it next to your sponge.

Slowly submerge your sponge in your container of liquid. As it fills with water envision your anxiety flowing from your fingers and into the sponge, making it heavy and making you lighter.

Rub the sponge and breathe evenly and deeply as the sigil fades from the sponge.
