I want to compete in spartan race in this year. The last OCR I did was in 2021. I haven’t been running weekly like I did in Barbados and so my endurance is so very low atm. I am also 10lbs heavier than I’d like to be for the competition.

I’ll use this platform to keep myself accountable.

Another annual checkup and physical complete.

Happy to report I’m a shining pillar of health once again with great blood pressure, and cholesterol. No concerns on any blood work. all systems are functioning normally and in good working order.

Dr. says to keep on doing what I’m doing and he’ll see me again next year.

I’m at that age where a lot of friends are getting put on various meds and diet restrictions to help with areas of concern. I’m just grateful my health minded choices and activity continues to allow me to live my day to day without any additional concerns.
