The same shirt! Same shorts just in a different color. Different drive and activity level. In a year I've built massive endurance and muscle groups. I'm interested to see where I'll be in a year from now.

4/15/18. I had been so wrapped up in other things that I took a two month hiatus from yoga. Yesterday I went back to class and my body feels so good. I've been on target with my meals and running that I treated myself to schnitzel last night. Ferk yea!
I've gained a little weight over the holiday season, however I am still living a healthier lifestyle than this time last year! What a silly little celebration!!

10/4 I’ve been hitting so many NSV. Woot.
Happy birthday, tumblr page! What a fantastic year, I had many a up, and so many downs (but that’s a good thing!) This time last year I was searching for weight loss, ended up gaining about twenty, then slowly started losing over the last few months. A (mostly) clean diet has done wonders!
So I’m officially down 23 lbs with a goal of 29 more to go. It’s amazing how much better I feel! I have increased energy, less headaches and brain fog and I feel a bit more confident in my skin. My mom always tells me to pick up 4-5 lb bags of sugar at the store and think about how I used to carry that around. It’s crazy to think about because you don’t notice it when it’s there or coming off. This has definitely been a process but an important lifestyle change!
This is a year of activity, diet change, self love, and leaving my comfort zone. I've never been a runner, but this year I hit the ground running. I've added yoga and strength training. I feel so freaking good! By the way on the left I was 184, I am currently at 180 on the right.....
8/23/17. For the last month I've been cracking down on my diet. It's weird when you stop drinking unlimited amounts of soda, Starbucks coffees, alcohol, and juice how your body will respond. I've upped my protein consumption, upped my veggies, lowered my carbs. When I do eat carbs it's all potatoes, beans, chickpeas, lentles, ect. I won't lie to you, I had A donut at work yesterday. I felt FANTASTIC while eating it, because sometimes you need to treat yo self. After learning to eat, food is no longer a stress point for me.
