@painedwheel
"It's time to sleep, good night."
Peacock frowns slightly, opening a portal next to her, hand reaching in. She pulls it out, several kittens in her hand. “C…a…t?” She holds out a card:Wanna see my cats?
Painwheel looked at the kittens in her hand, tentatively reaching a hand out to touch one before retracting her hand.
"Are you sure it's okay?"
”!” FrankenPea squeaks again, a smile appearing on her blue face “!~!”
"....?"
"I don't know what you're trying to tell me."
"Good afternoon, sunshine."
"Don't call me that."
undead-toon replied to your post: "I’m here."
*Squeaky squeaks*
Makes hesitant squeaking noises back
"Did someone say dogs I love dogs. Where are they?"
"I'm here."
Meanwhile FrankenPea was quietly roaming the New Meridian streets. She couldn't sleep so she was stuck sneaking out and walking in the lonely streets. The few people out where steering clear of her path, slightly spooked by the sight of the Undead cyborg. She bumps into someone on the street. She gives a apologetic squeak at.....Painwheel?
When someone bumped into her, Painwheel almost dropped her flower. She let out a low growl and turned to give the one who'd be stupid enough to not notice her in their path when she held her tongue. It was the girl from Lab 8, the different one...the blue one. Yelling a kid wouldn't sit right with her (even if she was only a couple years older.) No, she'd try to make nice...for now anyways. No need to make a scene.
"Er....hello, Peacock."
black-egret-34 replied to your post:It was dark and the streets were nearly vacant,...
(Oh God, how do I respond to this without just seemingly showing up out of the blue?!)
[[34 is an Egret Im p sure they can patrol and stuff yo :v]]
It was dark and the streets were nearly vacant, the only ones left on the streets of New Meridian were those who were accustomed to the nightlife. A cloaked figure with glowing red eyes made her way down the streets, past the night crowds to her destination, a small park in the middle of the city, perhaps it was some attempt to put some greenery in a concrete environment. Well she was only there for the small garden anyways.
This was one of her favorite spots, despite in the middle of this concrete jungle of pollution, litter, and neglect this small flowerbed continued to bring beauty into the world in the form of flowers. Once she was sure no one was around, Painwheel removed her cloak and plucked a flower for herself. She'd take it back to the lab later and make a flower pressing out of it.
[[I want Painy to have friends but she's all GRR GRR and distrusting of everyone that it'd be hard]]
What remained of Lab Zero was now Painwheel's home, the place she'd hated most was now her most valued sanctuary...the irony wasn't lost on her either. The first time she returned after tearing it apart was laugh, laugh over the fact the one place she'd never wanted to return was now the only place she could seek shelter. Sure, she tidied the pace up, made a little greenhouse and let a bunch of strays wander in and out...but it didn't stop the memories...the nightmares of the experiments conducted on her. the experiments that often left her on the brink of life and death...the experiments that she wished would kill her when they were being conducted.
Painwheel brought a hand to her face, trying to block out the memories of what happened to her and who she used to be....even after adding her own personal touch she hated this place....but it was the only place left for a monster like her.
Wheres your Christmas spirit, Painwheel?
"Not here…I hate Christmas."
"Its the most wonderful time of the year, why hate it?"
"Christmas is a time for family to come together, to spend time with friends, to be cheerful and merry and all that....all things I don't have, and can't do. That, and it reminds me of the times before."
Wheres your Christmas spirit, Painwheel?
"Not here...I hate Christmas."
What do you want for Christmas?
"Nothing."
the-sinner-of-yato replied to your post: "I met a new friend today, I named hi...
"Is it a… dog..?"
"Yes, it's a dog now named Waffles, are you going to nag at me for naming it that too?"
