Earlier today I remembered about Disney XD's 2000-2010's sitcoms and rn, as I'm eating a long ass kebab (over 45cm or 17,7 inches) I've decided to start rewatching my fav, Pair Of Kings and now I wonder...

Pair of Kings AUs I would adore.
When Boomer wishes to find out which of them is older, the scroll reveals that Boz is the oldest of the twins, which confuses the kings because, um, who is Boz??? This could speedrun the plot to catch up with the third season, but because it's a disney sitcom, Boomer and Brady are just gonna say "oh this seer is whack, doesn't even know there's only two of us" and it's entirely brushed off.
Mason realizes that if his daughter marries one of the kings, it would make it even easier for them to secretly run the island for them, and convinces Mikayla to start dating Brady for political reasons. Eventually his swagless demeanor and cringefail personality captivate her.
Any version of the story where Brady doesn't disappear at the end of season 2.
Brady does leave after season 2, but instead of the long lost third twin plotline, they decide the best person to stand in as co-king until he returns someday is cousin Lanny. The entirety of season 3 is Lanny trying to bump off a very oblivious King Boomer. I would watch 17 seasons of this.

Hi! I suggest you watch this youtube video on the misogyny in pair of kings made by Harriyanna hook. Very informative. I noticed these things as a kid, but really ignored them until I saw this video. It's not the worst show on Disney in how they treat women, but some of these scenes make me uncomfortable as an adult.
Otherwise, the doover episode is uncomfortable in how he treats Mikayla as a game instead of a person. Or in many episodes he talks about her in front of her father, which is very inappropriate - especially as her boss. In most episodes he makes comments to her that are unwanted advances. When he created the slingshot over mount spew presentation, he used a doll of himself and Mikayla as the testees, and he played a romantic scenerio with those dolls in front of all the island's elders. He tried to trick her into kissing him by being disguised as Sirocco. And he outlawed poetry slams so she couldn't be friends with Boomer, because his jealousy meant she couldn't be allowed to be happy.
I mean, I'd have quit well before this.

I just read that Boomer's name is a nickname and his given name is Duke. Always stuff to learn, I guess .

I wish Disney released their shows on DVD. I'd give them kudos for anticipating our streaming future, but they didn't do that. They just tried to get more people to pay more for cable.
There should be more P.O.K fanfic on AO3. I feel like there is a lot to work with and fans have room to really build the world.
Real talk: The triplets parents were evil in naming all the kids with the same letter. I know people accidentally forgot/swapped Boomer and Brady's names all the time. Imagine if Boz had been in Chicago too. Just trouble
