Harry Reid is retiring. Bernie will have a lot of goodwill within party. 2016 voters will have to flip the Senate to Democrats. It’s a few step process, but one worth focusing on.

It’s an appeal to non-Hillary progressive and offers reasons to vote for Democrats, ie Senate, SCOTUS.
