This is listed as Takahashi Hiroshi but I know of know such artist and think it must be Takahashi Hiroaki Takahashi Hiroaki (Shotei) was born on January 2, 1871, in Tokyo with the given name of Takahashi Katsutaro. He was trained in Nihonga - traditional Japanese painting - by his uncle Matsumoto Fuko. In the literature the artist is usually called Takahashi Shotei or just Shotei.
