I originally wrote this fic on Wattpad 10 years ago (unfinished), but I wanted to revamp it and give it a complete makeover before I finished it. I wanted this version to be a bit more accurate to the history as well as my theories of what actually happened between the two of them based on research. I want this to feel real, so I hope that comes across! The prologue was not in my original fic, but I feel like it sets up the story well without the flashback scenes. All of the tweets that are mentioned in this chapter are accurate to the date/time, you can find the links to these tweets online, so this is just my interpretation of what happened before and after those tweets were posted because why was he tweeting heart break lyrics all the time and lyrics that related to the two of them...anyway I hope you enjoy! I will continue to upload the revamped parts as well as combine chapters into one.
