How would you have designed the fathoms?

probably something like this if i was fitting into flight rising's house style. I think a stocky body type really lends itself to a seafarer look and I really hoped for an explicitly whale themed dragon.

I drew something special to celebrate the 1-year anniversary of learning how to art good - 9 of my level 25 dragons over on FR, aka the perma squad! they will all be part of the lore comic I will someday actually draw.

(I ran out of time to color it before the anniversary was up, but coloring is boring anyway and i stand by that!!)
