It was late at night in Boggly Woods, and the sound of someone yelling could be heard throughout the area. "It's your fault!" echoed in Vivian's head, much to her disappointment. Her sisters had promised to be nicer to her, and she hated it when they fought, but Beldam was stubborn, and did not want to listen to reason, nor did she seem to notice what time it was, making Viivian very glad that they weren't close to the Great Tree-the puni elder would not have stood for that. They had lost an important potion ingredient, and her sister was convinced that she was the one who had lost it. She tried to protest, and explain that anything could have happened, but it was no use. Eventually, she gave up, floating away into the shadows.

She had not gotten very far, however, when she sensed a presence nearby. As she moved closer to the edge of town, she noticed a familiar face..-WAIT! Wasn't that the guy who stole Mario's name?! He was standing outside the entrance pipe, and he looked suspicious.

Quietly, the siren went into shadow mode, turning herself invisible; she wanted to see what he would do.

It wasn't that odd to find Doopliss out at such a late hour, but to do so in Boggly Woods?! That was certainly weird! It appeared like he was heading out from somewhere deep in the woods, a bit tired, as he was walking a bit slow... "Man... I can't believe it's gotten this late, Slick... I wasn't expecting this to take me ALL day! ...BUT, maybe it's better like this... Yeah! This way no one should be able to spot me here at this hour! AND I won't have to explain myself! Perfect, Slick! Yuk yuk yuk!"

The duplighost went on his merry way, on the path that led to the Boggly Woods pipe, but still kinda far from it, laughing to himself, unaware of the fact that he was being spied on by one of the three shadow sirens... "I can't wait to see everyone's reaction when this is done! I bet they're ALL gonna have a HEART ATTACK! YUK YUK YUK!"
