{yet another} trip to Merci

In between my now metro-filled days, I had a chance to pop in to Merci once more earlier this week, and again, I was not disapointed...

The theme this time was in honor of fashion week in Paris, and more particularly in honor of a great silk manufacturer, whose name I can't seem to remember (anyone know?), and whose workshop was destroyed in a fire. Hence the yards of silk and fire extinguishers...

I've got a new obsession... color wheels....

Ok, so it's not really a new thing, I've always liked color wheels, but I'm falling in love again, specifically with old, vintage, muted colors wheels:

I've been in love with littlepaperbird's Moon book for a while now, and have just discovered (where was I??) more of her work.
