@paradigmofmerit sent me this like a month back and said that Wing Smothering is how Aulak (the angel) gets his rabid ass priest fledgling under control and i think about it every day.

obsessed with john pruitt being like oh man I gotta hide my angel on this tiny island so when it visits me to give blood it’s not obvious it’s clearly not human. I know I’ll stick it in my very recognizable trench coat and fedora like that will hide the very tall frame, glowing eyes, and giant pair of wings. this little island where everyone knows each other (and where absolutely no one ever closes the curtains) will NEVER suspect anything! and the worst part is he was right! king behavior because he absolutely got away with it!!
