She nodded with a little smile and then leaned in to rub her nose against his cheek, a soft ‘plip’ purring from her as she did so. “Well... if you ever need more, let me know so I can pencil you in around Haimaa, okay?  He’s a harridan about making sure that I’m healthy and not giving too much.”

“Mmmm... big trolls....” Zola all but cooed, cupping her cheeks with a soft purr of delight.  It wasn’t hard to find trolls that were bigger than her, but that didn’t make her appreciate them any less.  Someone potentially able to pick her up and cuddle her?  Sign her the fuck up. “So... do you drink a lot of blood now?”

She looked a bit surprised but not overly troubled.  After all, she already knew a couple of rainbow drinkers and they were living their lives perfectly normally.  The thing that did bother her was the fact that he’d nearly died and she hadn’t known or been there to help.  Scooting in closer to him, she laced their fingers together, bringing his hand up to her cheek and leaning into it with a tiny frown.

“But you’re alright now... I guess that’s what’s important.  I’m sorry I wasn’t there for you...” she didn’t want to linger on the sad for too long and turned her head so she could kiss his knuckles. “Did you get any cool scars?”

You open the door and the music is louder but not obnoxiously so. You offer to get her a drink.

“Odd... odd how?” She looked at him worriedly.  The sound of the music picking up as they entered distracted her for a moment and she looked around with a faint smile.  It looked like a safe place, somewhere that she wouldn’t get ridiculed just for being a low blood so she relaxed bit by bit. “And Haimaa is fine.  He’s full of himself, as usual, but then he’d probably say the same about me.”

She giggled softly as she considered her awkward spade romance.  It wasn’t a flaming hate affair, but it worked for them.

“Do you mind telling me what it’s about?”

You’re glad you’ve gotten the whole glowing thing under control, or else you would have blinded her when you saw.

You happily give her your arm. It’s a quick walk to the dance place you found. Calling it a club felt a little weird, but so did calling it a studio. you could hear the swing music faintly from down the street.

“so how is every little thing?”

The gold blood giggled softly and looked down at herself, fussing with the drape of fabric before stepping in close to take her pale friend’s arm and link it around her waist.  Her fingers stroke against his hip gently and she tugged him down to place a kiss to his cheek, leaving a touch of lip gloss there.

“Everything is good.  Its... actually been really quiet, with the exception of Haimaa dropping by to harass me.  And I don’t mind when he does that, cause it’s really nice to have someone who can run and keep up with me.” She giggled softly.

Opening the door, Zola looked delighted to see Proxus in a suit.  Giggling softly, she reached out to take his arm, locking the door behind her and cuddling up to the taller troll.  She didn’t wear a lot of make up or jewels, she didnt have the kind of clout that she thought those things were necessary, but her work decreed that she needed several pieces of formal wear.  Maybe next time she’d find something closer to his blood color, but purple was her favorite.

oh that sounds lovely, though now i’ll feel under dressed if i don’t go change

it’ll be a little bit but i think i know a place that’s closer 2 you + pretty nice, they usually have a swing band or similar, but also priv8 seating

Zola is trained in classic ballroom, swing dance and belly dancing but she’s always loved just bopping around to pop music.

And I can’t find my pictures of him atm but Danaus loves to dance too, waltzing being one of his favorite.

Possible outcome 1: Somebody comes close to you or asks what that sound was. You've found the werewolf.

Possible outcome 2: no werewolves but dogs come to you and you can pet dogs!! Who doesnt like to pet dogs????
