‘i want this to all end. i feel sick thinking about living. i feel like i’m all knotted up in a ball. i feel like an hour lasts eternity. one minuet i’m on top of the world, happy, talkative, in a general good mindset. give it an hour or maybe 10 minuets and i hate myself, i’m suicidal, i’m at rock bottom, i ‘haven’t felt this bad before’. it’s tiring, it’s stressful, it’s unpredictable and i hate myself for it.’
