Spring ‘97’s Revolutionary Announcement!

The May 1997 issue of Animage included a fantastic introduction to Revolutionary Girl Utena, which was just airing for the first time during its publication. Staff interviews, character sheets, and a ‘faq’ for viewers, all translated at long last by Nagumo and edited into the magazine pages by Giovanna! (That’s me!) 

Could I have made a website? Sure but I hate doing that, and recreating the magazine pages is a neat way to experience what the buzz was like literal god damn decades ago!!! So again, thanks Nagumo, and happy reading!!! The pages are NOT flipped, however blocks of text will still read left to right on a single combined page. FWIW, the two page spread that finishes the article already had the Japanese text run that way. No idea.
