Barricade was in the hospital, waiting for replacement knee struts when he was told he had a visitor. He sat up, and looked to the door, waiting expectantly.

Barricade hissed and keened as he was carried through the halls, the rushing nurses running into his injured leg. Barricade instinctively buried claws into thick armor, before he was set down on a medical berth. He vented as he stretched his leg out as best he could, to grant access to the ruined joint.
“Honestly, I think Hook was a better medic… And that’s saying something.”
SPINISTER EXTENDED his field in order to relax Barricade. Though he did stretch out the limb a little further, carefully so not to aggravate the wound. He did another check then moved up to Barricade’s chest, lightly tapping the chassis with one hand while the other held an injection.
“Open. I’m going to give you a round of antibiotics to start clearing out the corrosion. Then we’re going to put you on an anti-corrosion drip.”
THE MORE he’d thought about it, the more he’d realised that he needed to clear up the infection before putting Barricade through any extensive work.
“Just lay back && relax. If you feel any worse, you need to let me know.”
