Hey! Just found this acc and it’s so cool :> i rlly love your art style, the way you render, and I fucking love your use of colors. I love all the religious symbolism and imagery you put in with Eli. It’s great abd amazing and the English language doesn’t have a strong enough word for the love I have for your work.

No that's so real of you. It's something I've noticed while being in the Vicious fandom. Whenever people make art of Victor and Eli, the comments/reblogs are ALWAYS flooded with aftg fans. They're an invasive species fr

I don’t want to generalize an entire fandom, because that’s obviously not fair. Not all AFTG fans are like this (obviously) it’s a huge fandom, and with any large fandom it’s expected that at least a small percentage of people will be toxic. Every big fandom has that. And for the most part, the AFTG fandom is full of awesome and super talented people, it's this small percentage that ruins it for me.

It feels like they have a particularly strange reaction toward the Vicious fandom. It’s like they want to appropriate the little few pieces of fanart the Vicious fandom has by insisting they’re actually Neil/Andrew or Andreil (mostly Andreil). I don’t know, maybe I’m explaining myself poorly, but I hope my point still comes across.

OMG, I'd be pissed to! It's already bad enough to mistag someone's fanart. But the fact they're doing it on purpose!? They are literally rebloging your art, saying, "I know it's Eli, but I'd prefer it to be Andrew". If you want fanart of Andrew and Neil, go find fanart of Andrew and Neil. Don't twist other creators' work to fit your desires.

Exactly!!! It’s genuinely exhausting. Seeing people deliberately twist my work into something it isn’t just because it suits their preferences is so disrespectful. I put time and effort into drawing Eli/Victor, and having someone openly come to my page and say “I know it’s X but I’d rather pretend it’s Y” just feels so… tiring.

If they want fanart of Andrew and Neil, they can go look for fanarts off Andrew and Neil elsewhere, there’s plenty of art of them and a shit ton of active fanartist on the AFTG fandom. I’m just so tired of dealing with this kind of behavior every time I post something. It really takes the fun out of sharing art.

No, this isn't Neil Josten. Please stop commenting that. I'm tired of posting an Eli drawing and getting flooded in the comment section with "Neil coded" "I'm going to pretend this is Neil" etc, etc. Worst thing is: it happens in every. Single. Piece.

I'm not trying to sound harsh and it isn't my intention to sound like that, I'm just tired of this because I've spoken about this issue multiple times before

So please, refrain from making those comments (especially the andreil ones), thank you
