Here is a fun way to sneak in some spelling practice! Grab some chalk and a ball and write your child’s spelling words out on the sidewalk. Dribble the ball on each letter and have your child sound it out as they do. Once your child successfully sounds out the word, try to make a hoop! If you don’t have a ball and a basketball hoop you can switch this up by jumping the letters and doing a silly dance.
