no offense but demolition lovers will never not go hard as fuck. you can feel the raw emotion in gerard’s voice throughout the ENTIRE song, the way his voice cracks when he screams out the words and god don’t even get me started on the escalation up to “UNTIL THE END OF EVERY-“ and then… the soft and sorrowful sounding guitar, and then the repetition of “all we are is bullets, i mean this” sung with so much meaning that eventually leads back to a fast pace and good god. that song evokes an emotion in me that i didn’t even know existed and fuck it’s just SO GOOD and i want to go feral and scream at the sky. thanks for coming to my ted talk

today i finally put together a “book” that one of my classes wrote together last year and felt it was necessary to bring back this classic not-at-all-prompted contribution from a then 7 year old: “I got stuck in a castle. I was in its jail. They did not feeded me all I had was a porta potty. I was in jail because I didn’t even know there were taxes there. Except I lied. I read a lot about England and I decided I did not want to pay taxes.”
