Once he heard someone talking to him, he stopped walking, he was a friendly person, so he never minded to help people they needed to, which is exactly why he would answer her question, unfortunately, he didn’t know how much he could really answer, since he knew little to nothing about it, just knew who did it, that is, sort of, he didn’t know how she looked like nor her name. “Just that a goddess did this and that we can’t go back to where we were before, we also can’t call to people that are there, I tried calling my mom and wasn’t able to”
Amélie regarded the boy for a moment, pure curiosity racing through her mind when he mentioned a goddess. It was intriguing that he’d tried to call someone from where he came from with no luck. “Oh, really?” Widowmaker asked as she dropped down a little lower. “That is most strange. Are you sure it was a goddess?” she asked with a little skepticism. She was used to liars, and she really hoped that this boy wasn’t one.

london was her HOME. her domain. her playground. lena knew nothing but joy upon waking up and realizing she’d somehow ended up overseas during the night – even when the confusion set in, that undercurrent of energy never quite went away. was she worried for her friends and the ensuing chaos that was sure to come of this ?? of course. did it stop her from hopping up and immediately blinking to get ready to go out – not in the least. so, naturally, without a doubt, it would stand that, as she was simply trying to go about her day in her absolute favorite place in the world, lena would hear the familiar sound of a spider at her back. she bristled, blinking out of place in an instant and appearing behind amélie.
“ oy, don’t go sneaking up on people like that. ” though her arms are crossed, it would still be nothing for lena to pull out her pulse pistols if need be. “ isn’t that more up talon’s ally, widowmaker ?? sounds right fishy to me. ”
The moment she heard that accent, Widowmaker was consumed with the feeling of regret for ever wishing that Tracer was anywhere near her. This was going to end with them both shooting at each other, but perhaps that kind of normalcy would make Amélie feel better. Through gritted teeth, she managed to finally respond to Tracer’s words with some of her own. “I was not sneaking up on you. I was simply being cautious of my surroundings, and with good reason it would seem.”
As soon as Talon was accused, Amélie repositioned herself before dropping down onto the ground in front of Tracer. “Fille stupide, do not say foolish things that you cannot prove.” Despite her annoyance, she had no choice but to ask Overwatch’s favorite pain in the ass about what she knew. “Perhaps we should put our differences aside while we are here,” she suggested, even though she hated backing down to a member of her enemy team. “I would like to find out how I ended up here without having look in front of me and over my shoulder at the same time for you.”

jamison was naturally a rather panicky person (it came with the profession). but when something dropped down in front of him, instinctively he flinched, his slice of pizza falling from his hand and becoming one with the sidewalk, “fucking crimeny!” a high-pitched whine escaped the others lips when he saw the state of his dinner, his eyes even growing a little misty, “awww. that was a perfectly good piece of pizza—— wait, you too!?” it seemed like all he did was run into familiar faces, and he didn’t like that one bit.
Amélie watched with amusement as Junkrat’s pizza fell to the floor. She’d have apologized, but being sorry for anything she did just simply wasn’t in her nature. “Do not cry, Junkrat. I’m sure the five second rule still applies in London.” Her eyes narrowed at him when he said ‘you too’. She wondered who else he’d bumped into. “What do you mean by that? Who else have you seen?” It was more of a demand to know than a question, and she got ready to shoot a venom mine at him if he didn’t cooperate.
jvstaglitch:
Sombra couldn’t blame Amélie for not recognizing her at first glance. She had been doing her best to blend it, at least while she didn’t know what was going on. She had switched into a regular street outfit, kept her head down, and rearranged her hair so the enhancements in her skull couldn’t be seen. Still, she couldn’t help but look up at shoot Widowmaker a grin that could only be her own. “Hola Amélie. Seeing your face has never been more relieving.” Despite the way she had said it Sombra was being honest. Up until now she had only run into Overwatch members. Between that and not understanding her situation she needed someone on her side. She gestured vaguely to the way Amélie was hanging.“Is this the part where we reenact the iconic spider man kiss? It would be fitting you know, what with you being la araña.” She couldn’t help but joke, even given the situation. It was in her nature.
Amélie immediately recognized Sombra’s voice, and felt a rush of relief wash over her. Finally, she’d found somebody that she knew, and was also on her side. “I could say the same, Sombra. But I wouldn’t want to inflate your already large ego,” she said with a slight smile pulling at the corners of her lips. She almost rolled her eyes at the woman’s joke. Almost. “I always knew you wanted to kiss me, mon chérie.” Amélie was of course teasing, but she debated whether or not she should kiss Sombra just to shock her for a good few seconds. “Have you seen anyone else that we know yet? I hope you haven’t seen any of those Overwatch do-gooders. I cannot deal with them on top this headache.”
Team Talon
Amélie had used her grapple hook to grapple up onto the ledge of a building. She didn’t like being on the ground when she had no idea how she’d ended up in London. It made her feel vulnerable, and like somebody could get the drop on her without her seeing them first. She actually wished that she had Tracer around, despite how incredibly irritating she found her. At least she’d have known her way around, and possibly be able to provide some answers. Spotting someone walking alone, she used her grapple line to lower herself, dangling upside down like a spider from a thread above them as they walked past. “Bonjour,” she said with a sinful glint in her eye, and a devilish smirk on her face. “Do you happen to know anything about people randomly turning up here?” she asked.
“you haven’t happened to see a white rabbit around here have you?” alice asked, approaching the closest person she could speak to. “he’s typically pretty jump and nervous and likes to stand on two legs so he can use his other ones to check his pocket watch.” if the white rabbit was here alice was sure she could just follow him to get some answers, after all, whenever she fell into a different world the white rabbit was always nearby right? “i’m sure he can’t be far from here. i always manage to catch up to him after all.”
“Pardon?” Amélie replied. Was this young girl really talking about a rabbit with a pocket watch? It wouldn’t have been that weird, though, considering Amélie knew a gorilla that was a scientist and could talk. “I have not seen the white rabbit that you speak of, but he sounds...entertaining. Perhaps you could introduce me to him when you find him, oui?”
kristina-davis:
Kristina starts to look around and notices something strange was going on. “It looks like i am not in Port Charles anymore but how the hell did i even end in London?”
Amélie was just as confused as the girl speaking to her was. Despite being a member of a ruthless team who had done a number of things a person would normally find impossible, she still had no idea how she’d ended up in London. “Your guess is as good as mine, mon chérie. It seems we are not the only people who have ended up here with no explanation, though.”
“My plans for a Halloween costume?…. Phantom Thief.”
“Interesting,” Amélie said, even though the expression on her face was stoic. “What exactly is a Phantom Thief?” she asked.
loveableiidiot:
“Why – why are the leaves changing color?”
Amélie barely acknowledged the boy speaking to her. She kept her eyes on the tree, and only turned to him to speak. “Because it is fall, and that is when the leaves change, fall, then die.”
