Okay so please no judging! I’m not a pro or anything by any means. ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ I know its not the greatest, so please no rude comments, it was just for fun. I just felt like trying to doodle my mayor, and it was done on my phone so it was very tedious lol.

I have made a tutorial from isabells had as a design. They are 6 colors. Black is for the lines, blue is the color I choosed for the background but you can change it, brown is the eye color, red for the hairband and the 2yellow colors for the skin. You also need white for the skin around the mouth and for the eyes,.. but I had forget to marked it here.
