“My name’s something?! Look at yours!” He laughed lightly nodding as a joke. “Palom. Hmm that’s pretty different. I doubt i’ll forget, i mean never heard anythin like it before. So you’re good.” He finished assuring him
"It's a shame I can't say the same for your name. --It's different, I'll give you that, but it ain't noteworthy or anything. Hell, I don't think I can remember who you said you were already."
"Anyways, you want something, kid? Unlike you, I've got things to take care of."
“Name’s Luneth!” Shrugging he smiled “Ehh actually just got here not too long ago myself but hey, it’s better than just roaming around.” Looking the other’s attire over he grew curious “What’s your name eh?”
"Luneth? Hah, that's quite the name you got there," He folds his arms, a rather indifferent expression upon his face as he looks around, half-listening to Luneth's little story. He isn't here to listen to petty little things like this; he really could care less what this boy has to say.
"Hm? Yeah yeah that's nice, kid."
"My name? It's Palom. Remember that."
“Welcome back! But… what exactly where you expecting?”
"Welcome back? Thanks, I s'pose...But just who are you?"
"To be honest, I didn't expect much. This town's never lived up to my expectations, heh. But it'd be nice to come back to something interesting rather than this."
I've been gone for how long and this place is still dead? Tch, and here I was hoping I'd come back to some sort of activity.
“It’s rather quiet.”

"I swear, this is as active as this town gets. Rather boring, don't you agree?"
Small worlds, aye? Its’s where everyone goes to train to be a mage, or if ye just want the best potions around. Seems so, and I guarantee the lass will get riled up if ye say so. -chuckles-
And aye! -begins to walk toward her ship- So if yer from yer Mysydia, I can assume yer a mage yerself?
Hmn, our Mysidias truly are alike. It's amazing, really, how two different worlds could have nearly identical towns... [mutters this to himself, brow furrowing as he cups his chin. He appears to be deep in thought as he begins to wonder just how this could be possible]
Eh? [falls out of thought, head quickly jerking up, to look at Leila, then flashes a sly grin] Hahah, so as long as you can guarantee the reaction, I'll do it. [forces a chuckle]
[nods, and walks next to her as they approach the ship] Yes, that's right. I've been studying magic for about....seventeen years now? Give or take a few years, heh.
“Hello everyone!” Porom said happily.
"Well well well, look who we have here," Palom mumbles under his breath, as a small, crooked smile graces his features. He takes few steps towards his sister, and chuckles, before saying, "Heh, missed me?"

“Hey, kiddo! How’re you doing, little blitzballer?” he said enthusiastically as he ruffled the shorter male’s hair.
He doesn't respond, in fact he doesn't even bother to swat the young man's hand away. This always seemed to happen to him, didn't it? Does he really look that young? He knows that, compared to most twenty-two year olds, he looks rather young...But to be patted on the head and called 'kiddo' and 'little blitzballer'? Ridiculous.
"...It'd be much appreciated if you never did that again. Ever."
What did ye do to get her mad? She got mad at me for askin’ the other lad to join me crew. -widens her smirk- Ye have a Mysidia too? Ours have a lot of mages roamin’ around there mostly, peaceful place except for the caves and forest. Next time ye see her tell her Firion joined me crew just to see her reaction, aye?
Good! Lucky for ye we turned the week’s loot into supply, so we’re havin’ a feast tonight!
[chuckles sheepishly] I did nothing wrong. I simply refused to believe that there were two Mysidias. Turns out she was right, but I see no reason to apologize, really.
Your Mysidia...has mages? Huh, it seems our Mysidias are very much alike. I'm from Mysidia--or, at least, my Mysidia--and everyone's a mage there, too. [chuckles] Quite the coincidence, ain't it? [pauses] Hm, so I just gotta tell her 'Firion' joined your crew? Hah, if it'll guarantee a reaction, I'll be sure to do it!
A feast? Huh, no way. [flashes a lopsided grin] Seems I joined at the right time, eh? Well then, why don't you lead the way to this feast?
Tidus couldn’t help but smile a bit. He pulled out a blitzball that he kept on his person as often as he could and showed it to the younger male. It was blue with white striping and had large raised bumps on the surface of it, and was just a bit bigger than the blond’s head.
“This is a blitzball. Looks relatively harmless, right?” he explained, pausing after the last word for some dramatic effect.
He says nothing. He simply stands there, brow furrowed and a small, but prominent frown is upon his face as he observes the ball. It doesn't take long for Palom to conclude that there is nothing special about this ball at all.
"Hmn? Yes it does look harmless indeed," Another pause. "So...is that all there is to it? Hah, doesn't seem like this thing is all that you make it out to be."
Ye might get along with me crew, after all. -smirks-
Aye! Maria? Ahhhh the lass with her armor on too tight, I know her well. But if ye say.
That’s the fun of bein’ a pirate, though, there is a difference between followin’ the rules and mutiny, but if ye just make sure ye know who’s captain then ye’d be a fine addition to me crew.
[folds his arms behind his head, mirroring her smirk] Hah, wouldn't be surprised if I do.
So you do know her? [looks around, taking in their surroundings as he speaks] Thought the lass was mad when I spoke with her. She was goin' on about how my Mysidia was different from hers...And just like you, she mentioned a Palamecia place, too, so I s'pose she wasn't crazy after all, heh.
[chuckles] I'm likin' the sound of this already! You won't regret offering me a place in your crew, I'll tell you that!
“You’ve never heard of blitzball?! Well, don’t knock it ‘til you try it, kid. It’s the best sport ever created!”
He raises a brow as the young blond refers to him as 'kid'. Things like this irritate him to no end, and he sure as hell wants to call this guy out for this. However, he doesn't feel like getting into a petty argument just yet.
"The best sport ever created? Hah, you've caught my attention now, so do elaborate."
“Anyone up for some blitzball?”
"Don't even know what that is and I already know what my answer will be."
Ye don’t look the same age as me and yet ye are. Looks like I can’t be callin’ ye a tadpole anymore, then, hm?
And ye’d be surprised what the seadogs roamin’ near Palamecia an’ Mysidia will do to ye for that tongue of yers. It holds much more meanin’ than a figure of speech to them, aye?
-straightens up, beaming- Then welcome to me crew, Palom! I’m yer new captain from here on out, ye hear? So if ye wanna be part, ye gotta listen to me every word unless ye want to be sea snake feed!
Heh, damn straight.
Wait, did you just say Mysidia? ...And Palamecia, too? Hmn, I don't suppose you know someone by the name of Maria, do you? --Oh, uh, yeah yeah I understand completely. However, I still see no need for me to worry.
New captain, huh? I'll do my best to follow your regulations, though don't be surprised if I happen to cross the line every so often. Following rules can be rather boring, after all.

[flashes a slightly larger, confident grin] You know, I don't think I believe that. If anyone, on land or sea, threatened to do such a thing, I'd most certainly stop them. --Although cutting off someone's tongue...That's more of a figure of speech, ain't it?
[he remains silent as she reveals her true intentions, and, while he's surprised, he maintains a neutral, almost unimpressed expression. At her offer, however, he smiles] Finally got my name right, eh? Well, since you were kind enough to offer, sure; you got yourself a crewmate, Leila.
