Okay, good news and bad news—

Bad news:

Gdjscsnsvsgsgs school gets in the way sooo much for me. It’s been hard to make what I wanna make and keep up with all of this— Thankfully summer’s on its way, so yay!

Good news:

I found that larger patterns work best. I did this by experimenting with the blue fur since I have so much of it (a lot of the pink fur was used, there’s not much to test with) so I’m just gonna make big ones. This also means that Huggy is currently underway because I like how the experimental parts are turning out :]

Hiya!

So, if you’ve been wondering why I’m losing track on my mini Kissy project, it’s because of school

You see, I struggle A LOT with sitting down and writing, and even more so when it’s a subject I hate (History, ik its important but its so depressing)

There was an essay due about 20 days ago that I haven’t even started on, so I really need to get to it, especially since school’s almost out

So I’m pausing my work as of now to do important things first

Day 3 & 4!

Hrrghsfsgsbsb I completely forgot to post my progress and take pictured of the armature—

Also I’m beginning to feel a bit nervous because the fur doesn’t look too good— but I guess I should keep going? Maybe trust the process?? I’m a huge perfectionist 😭

Anyway, I’ll do more trimming and combing once I sew everything and attach it

Also, the limbs are bigger than how they really are compared to the game model, but that’s because its kinda hard to sew something, then flip it inside out with tight stitches and large amounts of fur in the way. However, I will be making both a larger one and a surprise Kissy :D

I’ll post a poll and let you guys make a prediction soon! 💚

Day 2!

I was only able to make one arm— But I’m at a bit of a dilemma right now: I don’t know if I should use the old hands or make new ones. I’ll just have to see when i complete the limbs :p

I rlly need to brush out the fur again 😭 it gets messy so quickly

Okay, so I’m starting to become less and less happy with how the mini Kissy is turning out, so I’m gonna remake what I have so far.

Why am I not satisfied?

Her arms are short when they’re supposed to be longer, and the same with her torso but vice versa. I’m also not liking how I trimmed the fur :p

I’m gonna go ahead and get on it by making newer patterns and looking at references the entire time rather than taking one glance and exiting the tab out 😭

I made a cake for Kissy for when I finish sewing her :]

I used a bodyarmor bottle cap and a regular water bottle cap btw— I plan to make a lot more mini props by recycling too

I just need to make mini candles and sprinkles now, but i have no idea what I could use— I might use string or paper for sprinkles, but no clue what i could use for tiny candles
