@partofreginasworld: you ever heard a one year old complain about his dad but just being like "dad" in an annoyed tone and then a bunch of gibberish? i literally haven't laughed this hard in a MINUTE. hahahahaha. also i'm still not too sure what talen did. my guess is asher was messing with his guitar again. that's 9 times out of 10 what it normally is.
@partofreginasworld: when my mom was like 'it's all cute and fun until asher starts walking', i was like 'lol yeah right stop' and then today he was drinking juice and trying to get to my phone (of course) and stumbled and grabbed onto talen's guitar for support and i nearly died of a heart attack.
its really comforting to know that all the times i was at my lowest and loneliest in the past the whole time i had my self in the future and present who had survived those things looking back with love and tenderness and wishing desperately to offer comfort…i am my own guardian angel and i can use that knowledge when im struggling now and remember that somewhere there is a version of me that has survived this and is watching me with love and pride and joy in her heart

this is a day late but our favorite person is six months old! he loves snuggling with mommy and daddy, sitting on the couch watching paw patrol with his uncle nash, and he’s reaching all of his milestones! we’re so unbelievably proud of our lil guy.
