In source, you're nonbinary, but in your& system, you're genderfluid? Still valid! Your gender identity doesn't have to be the same!

Don't let anyone tell you that you need to comply with source. You are not erasing your source's canon identity, because YOU are your own person. Be proud of yourself for that!

Reminders for Plurals

•You don't need to worry about what anyone else thinks of you. You can't please everyone, and accepting this is actually liberating. You don't need to put so much effort into trying to please others that may not like you for who you really are.

•Take care of yourself. You (and your headmates) should be your first priority. You can't pour from an empty cup.

•You can take a break from being online if you need one! You can scroll past things you know will make you feel worse. You are not obligated to doom scroll. You are not obligated to scroll through hateful posts, either.

•You know your brain and how it works better than some random person online probably does! No one else can tell you how your system/collective works.

•Take care of your body. It will make you feel better. Practicing grounding (being more present and in your body) can help you get a sense of what your body needs in the moment.

We love you/you& for who you/you& are, don’t let strangers on the internet tell you who you can and can’t be. Trust reputable and understanding therapists, those closer to you that you absolutely know you can trust and yourself, and any headmates/alters/parts you may have. And when alls said and done being a system isn’t going to harm anyone. It’s something that you and your headmates/alters/parts know and that you live with, no matter where you go in the future based on what’s healthy for you

Too much negativity out there towards Endo Systems, here’s some things to help the tags stay more positive, first original positivity post

( You/You’re/Your ) You’re all loved and if not will be loved in the future, it doesn’t matter what some people say when you’re such amazing and cool people, keep on living your life as it helps you, and if anyone’s against that even if you stick to our tags and are just living your life the way it’ll help you get through things, then I don’t see why anyone should have a problem with that. There’s nothing wrong with doing something for yourself if it isn’t hurting anyone that otherwise can be avoided. The others should just stick to their tags, and you keep being awesome

new plural tone indicators

/exo or /exm (exomemories) : for when you’re talking about something that happened in your exomemories, but not in the body’s memories!

/psd or /psdo (psuedomemories) : the same as /exo but for those who prefer the medical term! (purely up to personal preference, as all of these tags are)

/bm or /bdm (body memories) : for when you’re talking about something that happened in body memories, not in exomemories!

so we saw /iw, /hsp, and /phys by @the-corvidae-collective and were inspired to make these! these tone indicators can indicate whether what a person is talking about are things that happened in the body’s memories or in exomemories!!

we’re pro endogenic, non-traumagenic, and non-disordered systems so these tags are for all! keep in mind that they were made by a system for systems, and not specifically for singlets. if a singlet perhaps wanted to use these to specify kin memories vs body memories we just ask that they be mindful that these tags were not explicitly made for them.
