Naked Beer Festival Comes to the Poconos in June
I’m thinking being completely naked at a summer beer festival isn’t the best idea in the world. Or is it?
As much fun as we would like to make of Sunny Rest Resort, don’t we deep down wish we were more like the people who go to a naked beer festival?
They literally don’t care what other people think about them and they are 100% comfortable in their own skin.
I’d be frightened that I would drunkenly bump into the sharp edge of a table or something and may have to pass.
However, it is nice to know that places like Sunny Rest Resort exist, even if some of us aren’t adventurous enough to try them out!
And, I’m sure those who attend these types of events already know not to get fall down drunk.
Nudity is a requirement for Sunny Rest Resort’s fourth annual Bare Beach Beer Bash, which takes place on Saturday, June 27, from 1–5 PM.
Guests are allowed to wear a robe, towel or even suit up elsewhere at this clothing-optional vacation destination in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains, but birthday suits are the only suits allowed on site of the annual brew fest.
Tickets are $18 in advance and bring along $20 in your fanny pack if you plan on paying at the door. Along with entry to the festival and unlimited samples from breweries near and far, tickets include a free day’s admission to Sunny Rest Resort. Fest goers can also take advantage of discounts on rooms and campsites at the resort. Attendees can also enjoy music by “A Pair of Nuts” during the festival and move on to after-party festivities at the resort’s Streakers Bar and Flashers Nightclub. SOURCE: TheDrinkNation.com

Seriously, though, would you go to this? What would it take for you to go to this? What if you met your future girlfriend here? Wouldn’t you always be wondering why she is okay with letting other dudes see her boobs?
These are important questions.
I think Sunny Rest is awesome for people who are into that type of thing. I’m just scared I’d hurt myself. ;)
