i was talking to this budtender about Siouxsie like two or three weeks ago and then I saw this extended Cure track in my dollar grab bag youtube playlist and i just felt this inspiration to make a "mixtape" and this awesome fuckin journey came out. i really really love this mix, and it makes me feel my decades of mixtaping and community radio djing and etc. a post-punk and ethereal wave mix note: yes there are a few tracks that are arguably not post-punk or ethereal wave but they just needed to be there. SIDE A, 31:14 1. The Cure - Fascination Street (Extended), 8:49 2. Bel Canto - White Out Conditions, 4:08 3. All India Radio - The Shining Darkness, 3:57 4. Tones on Tail - Burning Skies, 6:24 5. All About Eve - D for Desire, 4:16 6. White Poppy - Hypnotized, 3:40 SIDE B, 27:51 7. Cocteau Twins - It's All but an Ark Lark, 8:05 8. Be Forest - Wild Brain, 3:11 9. Brian Fechino - Of the Light, 6:14 10. Wind Atlas - Herencia de Jade, 5:18 11. Black Sheep - The Clash at Demonhead slowed + reverb, 5:03 yes LPs cant run this long but that's because this is from a future society with supervinyl records, they can hold longer sides, so it's fine. haha i solved it :3

A friend of mine demo'd RimWorld for me around February 10th and pretty soon I was looking on YouTube for a good longplay to follow. There's a lot of popular ones out there, for sure, but all the ones I checked out didn't click with me, they weren't in the right mindset.

On Feb 12th I started the very first currently available RimWorld video by Pete Complete and I'm now 179 episodes in and I just love the art Gracie has been making for it. I love the way the artist captures all the potential intensity and dynamism within the characters. Gracie's work with Elpis has been so iconic and wildly charming. Live Love Provoke The Void is a real personal mantra!

Things like this have made watching this super saga really rewarding. There's actually so many wow moments. Great stuff.
