Vorn pulled some tricks using plants. Aroane, one of Spender’s goons, had this coming.

Sadly, we didn’t drop him. Tempting as it was, not a great example to set as the Pathfinder. I have to draw lines somewhere. Occasionally. Maybe only on Mondays. Hoping we can use him to help nail Spender to a wall.

He’s a bit unlike other krogan I’ve encountered. And I think maybe he got through to Drack. We’ll see.

I’m…In awe of​ Liam Kosta? This spunky earth born boy, an only child who loved his parents and spent weekends building a car with them went to space. He doesn’t have a reason to have left like it was unsafe or his was discontent with the people in his life. He had security and purpose and family. This man wants to bridge cultural gaps with knowledge in odd or funny ways. He wants to know people and know that they are happy and comforted.

He’s the kind of guy who finds comfort in knowing his car is always coming back to him even if he’ll never see it, and drags a couch anyone else would throw out into his room for something familiar.

And he just…left ALL of that love and family and comfort in the Milky Way, not for lack of caring or because he was escaping or searching to prove anything, but because he believed. A simple belief guided him millions of light years away. Imagine a heart that big. Imagine dedication that strong. Imagine that engine grease on your hands and those stars in your eyes, as you believe in people even when they give you every reason not to.

Vorn, who let slip he’s in love with Kesh. Drack’s being a grumpy old grandpa about it. Vorn took a bullet for him, Drack got mad, and then Vorn chewed him out for acting like Drack is expendable.

November and part of December were consumed a lot with my big Dragon Age fic for NaNoWriMo, which reminded me how much I love nerding out. So I’m back in action I hope.
