Our society is quickly being transformed into digital junkies that crave stimulation on constant basis. As technology continues to grow exponentially and we are bombarded with new information everywhere we turn, the negative effects of being wired the majority of our waking life are becoming real. This blog aims to provide solutions for surviving and coping with the threat of information overload and interruption overload in a digital world.
