Lights, fan, heater are in! Folding bed thing works! The Espar diesel heater was a PAIN to install but I got it in after 2 whole days. It's gonna be a game changer in the cold rainy PNW. (at Seattle, Washington)

Insulation is in. Used a combination of polyiso boards and Great Stuff spray foam. It was a bigger pain than expected but in the end seems to make a huge difference plus deadened the sound a ton.
