RV Camping Recipes: The Hungry Camper Breakfast
Ingredients:
4 Sausage Links
1/3 Bag of Frozen Hash Browns
2 Eggs
1/2 Chopped Tomato
1/4 Diced White Onion
3/4 Cup Shredded American Cheese
Directions: Put sausage links on a double layer of foil sprayed with cooking oil. Add hash browns, tomato, onion, and eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Wrap up packet and place over campfire or on grill and cook for 15-20 minutes or until meat is cooked. Open packet add cheese and close again to let it melt. Serve to a hungry camper!
