Planet Hulk 12" x 18" Gouache and Coloured Pencil on Strathmore. Very close to 100% of the time, the commissions are collaborative with the clients. Originally, the Red King wasn't in the background, Korg's face would have been different and the Hulk may not have had a weapon at all. Finito! Planet Hulk commission. I don't know about you other draw-ists and paint-ists but there's always a part of a piece that I'm happiest with and it's never the part that I focused on the most. All done this Bloodshot variant cover for @valiantentertainment and @gothamcentralcc. Painted for @realcoleworld Commissioned by @scotiabankarena Based on the album artwork by @sixmau Each one of these projects has it's own challenges and this time around I had to make it PG which was never a factor before. Although the album doesn't glorify drug use there was a lot of drug related imagery from the album that I couldn't use. All of these people are interviewed in the movie, Comix: Beyond the Comic Book Pages. Amanda Connor: Penciller for Harley Quinn, Marvel, Archie and more. Neal Adams: I think he's most known for drawing Batman comics and wearing a blue shirt. Frank Miller: Writer and artist for comics that influenced a lot writers and artists. Stan Lee: Just a man that says excelsior a lot. Andy Park: Visual Development artist for the Marvel Cinematic Universe and comic artist Mark Waid: Comic writer and I know him for writing Kingdom Come...anybody else have 2 copies?
