Yeah, it is cliche that everybody has a New Year's resolution and you know the drill.... I'm going to lose weight, etc... this and that and only do it for a few weeks then quit. WELL, I am changing for the better and I AM going to stick to my goal of losing weight and bettering my self externally and internally as a person. I have so many people to prove wrong and need to do something about it! I myself, have been saying that my New Year's resolution is to lose weight and yet I fail every year. So the countdown begins! got home and weighed in at 223.3 - what a pleasant surprise.
didn't eat well so far today, but had two chicken breast from sphinx and 3 tater wedges and a 44 oz ginger ale. on the way home from the golf course, I ate two bags of UTZ salt and vinegar chips to hold me over until I got home. SMH I've gotta do better!

Paleo update.. So I wanted to try it out for the month of February since there were only 28 days and thought, 28 days isn't going to kill anybody, so I gave it a go. It was different at first and I definitely had cheat meals. However, I really enjoy the Paleo lifestyle and will stick with it. Total numbers: [starting weight: 228.8 ending weight: 225.4 lowest weight: 220.6] It killed me that I was away from the gym for a week and half and didn't eat the best. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle!
Feels great to finally be home... for a few days anyways! Brunch: 1 sweet potato hash & 3 eggs Post workout: protein shake Dinner coming soon... cauliflower rice & salmon Day 1 of A.S. Blueprint completed. Felt really good to lift some weights after being away and off for a week! Lets get it!!!!
Lunch at the Peach..... baked chicken, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, salad with blue cheese, devil's food cake and sweet tea to drink. kickboxing from 6-7. Dinner was grilled chicken with cucumbers and mint and fish sauce.

it has been a hectic past 2 weeks with little exercise and blogging. community clinical tomorrow then it is OFFICIALLY SPRING BREAK 2K11. I wouldn't say I am in Spring Break shape, but it will have to do. Looking forward to relax and not worry about school!
