A faceted, continuous wall twists and arches over the space to form a roof. Colourful string is strung repetitively from one point of each triangle to multiple points on the opposite side. The string facades create a delicate separation between interior and exterior as you can still see past the string but it feels like the space is divided from the outside environment. Looking up through the string roof and walls changes the way Garema Place would normally be viewed. Lines of colour become a part of the scene, creating a rainbow in the sky and on the walls. Looking through the pavilion would be like shinning a light past a triangular prism. It would bring out the colour and and add visual dynamics to Garema Place.
This pavilion aims to create a fun, engaging and creative atmosphere.
