I can't stop thinking about how Mikoto and Kushina are the embodiment of unfulfilled ambitions.

When I look at Mikoto, I see only humility and her inability to go against the traditions she was raised with. I like to think that she harbors anger inside for not having a voice of her own, even though her husband is the head of the clan, she couldn't influence the decisions made by the village or the opinions within her own clan.

It kills me.

Kushina wanted to become the Hokage, and her first statement was about how she felt when her husband became the Hokage. How does she feel when she has to leave a job where she had aspirations and ambitions for a job as a housewife?

I really like Mikoto Uchiha and even though she only has 5 minutes of screen time in all 700+ episodes, I think she's a pretty annoying girl with a bad personality (and not a perfect wife and mother, God damn it) I like the moment when she teases Kushina about her fear of giving birth.

I think social pressure and her clan made her act like an ideal mother and wife, but in reality, she's just as proud and confident as her entire clan.

that's why Akane (my oc) should be her friend, someone she can be herself with and not have to think about her duty or responsibilities.

even though I hate sasusaku sarada, she's my favorite girl (her manga clothing design sucks), and I thought about my father's damn seal (because it's my favorite form of him)

as a girl who grew up without a father (but knows him), I don't understand Sarada's reaction on Sasuke, as if she hasn't seen him for 12 years and wouldn't consider some fucker I haven't known all these years as her father.

If it wasn't written by a man, Sarada would treat her father like an intruder in her and her mother's peaceful life, and she would be annoyed by Sakura's admiration for him (Sarada is a radfem).
