Fun Little Depression Things That Piss Everyone Else Off
- Forgetting literally everything from phone calls to visits to where you put your wallet(I just had it I swear )
- Needing 12 hours of sleep everyday but only in the middle of the day
- Void days
- “I’ll clean my room tomorrow” everyday
- eating everything or nothing
- being bitter about other ppl having fun and being happy
- feeling guilty/like a failure when u cant be happy for other ppl
- TERRIBLE, ALL-CONSUMING JEALOUSY
- being angry at other ppl when you just dont have the energy to be angry at urself anymore
- whining allllll the time
- talking abt how u wanna die but knowing its annoying everyone and making everyone upset but u cant stop talking abt it

My answer when people ask me how my day is going
this is the best post i’ve ever seen
I constantly need to remind myself this.
Just some words of real shit -
Be careful who you have unprotected sex with.
Be careful who you vent to.
Be careful of how you use the word ‘love.’
Know when to let that shit go.
Be careful who you speak to about your finances.
Calm down before making decisions in anger.
Some bridges need to be burned.
Know the difference between like, lust and love.
Trust your gut.
Write it down; you’re not gonna remember.
Find an outlet for your stress/anxiety. Run, yoga, drink/smoke in moderation, write, meditate. find something that works for you.
Once it’s on the internet, it’s nachos anymore.
Stop trying to please everyone. It is impossible. Someone will be offended. Someone will be unsatisfied.
Drink more fucking water.
Memorize important numbers by heart. Your phone may not always be available.
Love yourself. Learn to if you do not know how. If you put yourself first in all that you do, it will come to you soon.
Stop caring so much about what people will think and say. Because fuck em.
Stop lurking through his/her shit. Mind your got damn business and live.
Try to be considerate of how your actions or lack of can affect others. You never know what people may have going on. The inconvenience can cost time, energy and money.
Communication kills assumptions.

PSA: just because somebody recovering from an eating disorder is eating regularly and more “normally”, is challenging themselves daily, is no longer using harmful symptoms, is creating a life for themselves and smiling more often, and no longer “looks” like they’re struggling, does not mean the struggle is over and that they’re not fighting a hard fucking battle every single day to keep moving forward. Please remember this.
