I was diagnosed with PCOS years ago and I wasn't given very much information on what I should be doing to help myself. I was given medication and told to "eat better and lose weight." That's a lot easier said than done. So recently I signed up for this weight loss competition and I started looking up ways to make losing weight with PCOS easier. I'm starting slow, one thing at a time. I've started with removing dairy. I haven't had milk in a week and that's saying a lot for me. I love dairy but I'm looking at dairy free options and going slow. We can do it!
