My take on one of my favorite scenes of Into the Spiderverse

spending most of the morning on the local market, choosing vegetables for dinner, trying different kinds of cheese, buying apples and peaches despite the fact that you have them at home, finding out new gossips about neighbours, laughing on the jokes from friendly seller, the smell of fresh bread and the enjoyment from warm weather

i love how when characters are narrating in tv shows they say the craziest shit so nonchalantly like: my mom abandoned me when i was like three and my dad disappeared at sea looking for a shipwreck but lol at least i have the house to myself
