I just wanna say that… regression isn’t always soft. It isn’t always gentle nostalgia, or feeling childish and happy. A lot of the time, it SUCKS.

Regression can be throwing a tantrum.

Regression can be curling into a ball crying.

Regression can be going non-verbal.

Regression can be only being able to repeat certain ‘childish’ phrases.

Regression can be feeling like a child, but a lonely, frightened, and hurt child.

don’t forget to eat all of your meals! it makes you grow strong, you’ll be able to hold as many stuffies as you want with your arms! 

don’t forget to take a nice bath, you can bring your bathie friends with you! bath time is also fun!

don’t forget to say “please” and “thankies”! it makes your caregiver/stuffies very very veeery proud of u! because you’re such a good kid!! 

drink water! use your cute sippy cups, bottles or a pretty straw! drinking water can be a great and fun thing to do too!! besides, it makes you look even more cute, being healthy is adorable!

clean your room! put a kiddo’s song and dance while doing it! your stuffies can help u! it’ll be a cleaning party! 

have enough sleep! this way you can have much more fun when you’re awake! and your stuffies can do their job more effectively; protect you while you sleep!!

dress the way you want to! when you’re happy with yourself it make you shine so much!! also,  this way you can always find new friends that have the same taste in clothes as you!

you are pretty the way you are! you don’t need to try to look like all the other people you see on tumblr! we are all unique, you’re the best being the way you are!

don’t be too harsh on yourself! you need to rest too! you have people who love you and your plushie friends always get worried about you! they really reeeally want you to be fair with yourself!
