ive got a handful of aus, ackshually, but most of them either dont have any art at all or are far too removed from source material, so i will just present a couple of them

once i had made up a scenario where Jess Drew and Olivia Octavius find abandoned non-verbal Peni (get it bc shes Japanese and none of them speak that), with which they set out on gay ass adventure to find her family. all of that led to the formation of a crack-adjacent ship named octobike by me and oomfie

[translation: "no, only batman mask" "just give the kid what she wants"]

[translation: "no! thats my little villainess!"]

[translation left: "what is that???" "a hunk of metal"]

[translation right: "look fish (pet name), the kids got better technologies than u" "shut up!"]

speaking of Peni, just like with Miles i have been imagining some sort of dynamic between her and Olivia (all thanks to both of them being my most favourite female characters in spiderverse at different points), but with Peni its more competitive bc theyre both into robotics and whatnot, and with Peni being from the future naturally they got the "ok boomer" squabble going on

this one has Olivia (aptly named Otohi) with comically large bazoonkas having an anime-esque rivalry with Peni with her own 0ct0 mecha, but they both team up more times than they actually fight each other, and they both got ✨daddy issues✨

the last au is 42!Doc Ock where she is the complete opposite of 1610!Liv. she does not refer to herself as anything but doc ock/doctor octopus, a total daddy's girl (fyi i headcanon Otto as Olivia's abusive father in both universes), relentless, cold-blooded, with no sense of humour or whimsy and a tyrant in making

aiight now i will compile my list of Olivia headcanons and post them in rapid fire with little to no explanations

— shes of polish heritage

— if u look closely u can find a hidden hammerspace in her beehive hair where everything disappears

— speaking of which she hates combing her mane hair

— shes got huge ass icons on her phone bc she cant see a damn thing

— tries to be hip but only understands minion memes™ from fb

— to everyones surprise can sing but only in the style of a folk choir or a drunken seagull

— her entire wardrobe is a mixture of grandma flower patterns and smth vaguely hippie

— has a hyperfixation on actual spiders and got her own Chilean rose tarantula named Felicia who ran away when she was floating between dimensions

— speaking of which (x2) she is/was floating dimension to dimension between into and across/beyond

— knows a shitload of people and has all the numbers of Alchemax™ employees, but apart from May and mb Johnathan (the Spot) has no real friends

— prefers “feminine” clothing bc her father didnt know how to dress her for shit

— either gives everyone a nickname or calls them “darling” in a passive-aggressive tone

— used to go to yoga or fitness classes with May, but stopped when her work with the collider completely absorbed her, and then she had no one to go with so she just uses her mat as a carpet

— cant sit still for shit and needs to do smth with her hands otherwise she combusts

— if she had her way, she would wear bike shorts and leggings everywhere

— hates suits (especially blazers) bc the fabric is too stiff; doesnt like clothes that restrict her in general, such as leather jackets or pants

— subconsciously gravitates toward anything that has a maternal aura bc zero mother

— rizz in the absence of rizz

— has no idea how to look after children and has no desire to have them igonre the whole raising Peni its an au for a reason

— doesnt understand all the subtleties of modern gender theory, but if u ask her to call u by a different name or use different pronouns, shell just run with it

— has hardly ever worn makeup in her life bc she is too lazy

— when she starts coughing she does it loudly like a dying hundred-year-old grandpa

— as doc ock she doesnt let people in, but as a cookie scientist she paradoxically trusts people too easily

— looks like a junkie and arouses suspicion when she behaves too cheerfully but is actually all anti-drug

Just one more time I see someone saying to me 'you have the right to be upset, but don't you dare to blame russians...' under the post about Ukrainians being bombed BY russains. I swear, I'll just block you that very moment. It is not us, Ukrainians, who, at this very moment, are being brutally killed, tortured, raped BY russains you should ask about good russians. It is russains whom you should ask about it! Go on their blogs, there are plenty of them here with RU/Boosty/russian language signs screaming about being russians. Go there and ask them - why there's no news about the war in Ukraine on their blogs. Go ask them why they're being silent about THEIR people's war crimes in Ukraine. Why do none of them protect Ukrainians? Maybe because they actually agree with this war? Maybe because they are actually enjoying the genocide of Ukrainians? And if you think 'oh, it's a sim blog, mb they just don't want to turn it into something political' - then why did Ukrainians have to turn their blogs into something political? You think I wanted to turn my sim blog into this battlefield? It is WAR! It concerns us, Ukrainians, and ALL russians directly. We have no right to be silent about it. And if you hadn't noticed, this war has been ongoing for almost four years now. Just post something 'No war' in 2022 on your blog and then forget about it - it isn't enough. And don't come under this post saying how wrong I am, how I don't understand - there's a russian girl living next to you in Germany, she whispered into your ear that she doesn't like wars and you believed she's not supporting war in Ukraine and being aware of her people's war crimes in Ukraine when she said precisely NOTHING about Ukraine or Ukrainians. And no. Not all russains are living in russia right under the putin's all-seeing eye, that will notice them whispering here on Tumblr how they feel sorry for Ukrainians and ashamed of THEIR people doing this war, to grab them to a concentration camp. Many of them are living in Europe where free speech is still available, but they don't use it, because they actually don't care about Ukrainians and Ukraine being destroyed by russains.

i believe it is the most appropriate to start off with the very first fanart i have made of them, based on Liam's and Olivia's very first interaction, in which Olivia mysteriously breaks into Liam's police station, has a lovely chat with her, gives her an expired business card and vanishes. i think all of the romances should start out like that

those two were based on the picture of Liam from the picrew, someone might even recognise the rainbow earrings because ofc

this one is based on those fuckass funko pop figures you could make on the website. they gave me typical medical/criminal tv drama vibes

those ones were made closer in time, which is visible (also made in the trusty old paint tool sai). it might not be clear on the second one that its a school au sort of situation with Liam being the baddie in a leather jacket and Olivia being the timid dork, which is their completely opposite dynamic

a bit of Olivia the Doctor crack. i know she fits more into the role of the Master, but she gives off strong 9th Doctor vibes to me so I just went off that

oh hey isnt it that olivia obsessed dude with style crisis

hell yes i am and im coming in clutch with another Olivia-centred art duuuuump!!!!! made for @notalentea after seeing their comment a year too late (im really sorry i didnt mean it i just visit tumblr literally once per year) anyway lets get this thing started

i have too many fanarts, so for once i will split this into two parts, this one will focus more on Olivia herself and Miles, of all people lol (not a ship btw!!!!!!)

so we start off with very schematic visualisation of an alternative universe where Olivia took in grieving Miles and he became her apprentice (forever grieving the fun dynamic that will never be in the movies)

a more random one. all i can say is that it was based on smth made in one of picrew games. i think its more reminiscent of Peter's and Octavius' interactions, at least in the second Raimi movie (can u tell which one is my favorite one i give u zero guesses)

a little more comic-leaning art, which will never be finished. it is a sort of headcanoned interaction they could have had in a future movie where dishevelled Olivia demasks Spider-Man and its just a Black kid. i am leaning more into her "human" side as you can see, im just a sucker for angst and shit

this one is harder to explain. there you should take into account my headcanon of Otto Octavius being Olivia's neglectful father, which contributed to her "cookiness" in the ripe age of forty. also more abstract concept of Olivia discovering her other versions, which get sabotaged and killed bc of the mechanical arms and the AI brain overtaking, so she goes on to try and save her own alternative younger version from the corruption. smth smth a metaphor for lost childhood mental health issues read it however you want

i will end this post on an even more random dump where i cant really say much so just enjoy the art
