It’s unlikely that she (sesshomaru’s daughter) is a half demon given her appearance. Half demons always have some sort of visual tip off that they’re not entirely human, whereas full demons can disguise their appearance.

Given she has demon slayer armor, she is likely either an adopted human or a full demon and her mother is a demon as well.
