Life got very busy for me, I got married and had a baby, and bunch of stuff in between. I fell off the fanfic train, and dropped writing all together. I'm slowly getting back into writing my own original stuff and possibly fanfic as well!

Hey so.. I don't know if anyone still follows me. Or is interested in my writing. I completely abandoned my last major project that I used to post about--a while ago--and I've recently gotten back into writing. I'm starting a new WIP but I'm stuck between two plots, if anyone cares to share their opinions :)

Which book would you rather read?

a Knight and girl with amnesia (who turns into a monster) becomes fugitives

girl is to marry a prince, but falls for his knight instead. Oh and she's a spy

A.) Knight finds a girl with amnesia who turns into a bird monster, and he just became a fugitive. So he takes her and they go into hiding, fighting shadow monsters and working to get her memory back.

B.) Noblewoman is set up to marry a prince from a neighboring kingdom, but is actually sent to steal the source of magic from their neighbors. Instead, she falls for the prince's knight. ...instead of the prince.

Unless these are both stupid/need to be workshopped, my DMs and Asks are open to anyone with constructive criticism!! Or any other writers wanting to talk (I need more writer friends) 😭

@ fanfic authors: don’t apologise for writing filler chapters! i see this all the time!! filler chapters are so important to narrative pacing! a story needs downtime so the faster paced or denser elements have room to breathe! you’re writing a well balanced story!!! also, you’re giving me that filler for free! thats crazy!!! thats so kind of you!!! thank you for this gift!!!!!!

The Weekly Writing Update #25

Apology post. From now on, I won’t be updating weekly on a schedule. I’ve thought about it and even though I made it my New Year’s resolution and I want to put in the effort, I still keep making no progress almost a whole month into the new year. And I promised to show progress and having to post updates where I continue to say I have nothing to show for myself is stressing me out and making my inability to write worse.

I will post updates, just not as frequently and not for awhile, until I have something at least. So until further notice, there will be no updates on my wip.
